The Who at The Rainbow – London 1978
The first show the Who played with Kenney Jones and Rabbit. The review is positive, but it also refers to what used to be called BOFs in the UK at that time – Boring Old Farts. It was punk rock time, and I think that the UK weeklies had a dilemma about whether to dessert the great rock bands to stay cool, or to stick with them as well as support the punk movement.
